Not really, more like awkwardness. A "spaghettilord" would be some kind of fat neckbeard geek/nerd guy. If people do embarrassing things like losing cool in front of a girl or making a fool of themselves, they call it "spaghetti" and use phrases like "the ground will be covered with spaghetti"... it's kind of hard to explain, heh.
