I highly doubt it. New robot community hats and the ability to "strangeify" weapons.
Edit: I hear new unusual robot ish effects are being added. One of them is Zap which looks sick.

Regarding the recent Robocrates, there has been much speculation about them
-Robokeys for crate 58 level 13 (robocrate) will be dropped today: 5/8/13
-Robotic hats, a new Special Delivery Map, and the promised TF2 movie will be released.
-oh and...robot unusuals?
