Really only the AWPer hand, but I think I will wait to see if they release it regularly instead of trying to fetch a Genuine.

...It's been "released" regularly for ages.
It can be crafted using the "Fabricate Class Weapon" recipe. That being said, it's an incredibly rare chance of crafting anyway, so the non-Genuine version of the item is still worth a key.

Unique AWPer Hand = 2.33
Genuine AWPer Hand = 1.5 - 2 keys
