You missed my point. Sure, getting both games are fine if you want them, but if your reasoning for buying a second console you wouldn't normally have just to get another character, that's kind of crazy. I'm sure the exclusive character is meant as a "Hey, you bought both? You're awesome!", not sort of some strange money grabbing scheme where they expect you to BUY A CONSOLE. A second copy of the game on the other console? Probably, but not the console itself.

Yes, I agree, if you're buying a console for the sake of one game's DLC, you're batshit insane. However, in my case, there's games on both systems I want, thus fueling my reasoning.

He'll most likely be free DLC if you buy both games during a period, and paid DLC after that.

Not surprised. I just hope Nintendo doesn't pull a Capcom and rerelease the games with all the DLC for standard new game price. (I'm looking at you, MvC3. >_>)

I agree with chibs here, I mean I already want a wiiu and this point so if smash is the bridge I have to gap to get one I will do it lol.

I am hoping they follow the mario kart 8 dlc rule. those dlc's are like 5 bucks or something and you get so much out of one dlc pack.

also as much as I like the 3ds for smash, how can I turn down a hd smash with better controllers. I'm sorry but the circle pad is killing me competitively (plus all the BS spam zoners, I mean seriously grow a pair and actually use more than a b button)

honestly I have no idea, I got a lot of interest but no turn out so I kinda let the clan die.

maybe if more interest is shown I might do something about it but at this rate nothing is happening so RIP.

basically feel free to play with whomever you want in this thread but the clan aspect is pushing up daisies until otherwise stated.
 
Apex is currently going on. It's an annual tournament that features all four official Smash games as well as smaller tournaments for Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3, Ultra Street Fighter 4, Guilty Gear Xrd, Killer Instinct, and Pokemon OR/AS.

I totally got addicted to this game again, For Glory 1v1ing is so good for learning new things, even if you lose. I'd be willing to play with anyone, I'll edit this post a bit later with my info in case anyone does want to smash with me. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

well that is good, one of the big things that really pulled me to the smash bros games was having friends who could improve your skill as a player.

I need to play the game some more but eh, I've been on a wow kick recently
 
The day Mewtwo is released I will go Online For Glory and EVERYONE will be Mewtwo. I'm calling it. I can already see it...
