Wrong. Cherries aren't toxic - the pits are though. Full of Hydrogen Cyanide. Other common toxic foods include untreated almonds, asparagus fruit, tomatoes (part of the deadly "Nightshade" group of foods, just like potatoes) and their stems and leaves (much more toxic than the fruit - or vegetable if you live in the US), and appleseeds (contain cyanogenic glycosides which form cyanide in your body).
That's a new one by me.

Milk and milk products have more calcium, but calcium is more readily absorbed from vegetables, broccoli in particular (30% for milk vs 50% for vegetables).
I prefer my pig knuckle grilled, but I believe this one is likely commonplace in some cultures.
