When I attempt to connect to the server I time out with "Took too long to connect." I can connect to other servers and know that my internet connection is stable. Anyone else having troubles?

Are other people able to vote and receive credits without having to actually be on the server? Whenever I try to vote while I'm not on the server I never receive credits I would have gained for the votes. However, I have seen other people voting while I was on the server while they were not...

I staked two outposts and bought three plots along with them within the nether. Now that the nether is gone, and as are those plots of land, will I be refunded for my losses? What about the outposts other people staked as well? Sincerely.
